Refund policy

  • Sprint Car Hub only offers store credits for returns.
  • Store credits will not include any shipping costs.
  • Any shipping costs must be paid by customer unless an issue is on behalf of Sprint Car Hub.
  • If you were shipped an incorrect order please contact our support team along with an order number and the contents of the package. We will arrange to have the incorrect items retuned to us, once received we will send your correct order to you.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, Sprint Car Hub advises using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 
  • Sprint Car Hub does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item from your shipping provider.
  • Customers must provide correct postage address as Sprint Car Hub cannot refund products/money if parcel is lost due to incorrect address.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Only online orders may be returned. Any other purchases from Sprint Car Hub are non-refundable
  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

To register for a return;

  • Get in contact with us by sending a message via either the CONTACT page on sprintcarhub.com or by sending an e-mail to contact@sprintcarhub.com
  • In your message, include your purchase order number (found in your e-mail receipt) and list the item/s you would like to return and why.
  • Pack the item/s in suitable packaging and send parcel to:

      PO Box 73, Cranebrook NSW 2749.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return item/s, Sprint Car Hub will notify you via e-mail of approval or rejection of your store credit.
  • If approved, Sprint Car Hub will issue you a gift card (via e-mail) for the exact amount of your purchased item. Please allow up to 5 Business days for your request to be processed.
  • Sprint Car Hub will reject applications for store credits if returned item/s are either of the following; used, damaged, smell, defaced, have hair on them, or in any way not in original condition.
